Terms of Service

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

• Platform / Website: The portal amathyzin.com.br, its pages, modules, APIs, and integrated interfaces.
• User / Customer: Any individual or legal entity accessing, browsing, downloading free files, or purchasing paid products on the Platform.
• Optimization Pack: A structured package of files (.bat scripts, PowerShell .ps1 files, .reg registry tweaks, shortcuts, and utilities) designed to improve Windows operating system performance.
• Tweak: A specific or comprehensive modification to software settings, Windows registry, background services, or drivers for smoother gameplay and lower latency.
• APT (aMathyzin Premium Tweak): Advanced optimization solution executed remotely via Windows PowerShell terminal (irm | iex) using a single-use private link generated in the customer account.
• Remote Script: A command line or script executed in real-time in terminal fetching API data to apply high-privilege settings to the user system.
• Automatic Delivery: Automated fulfillment system that delivers downloads, credentials, links, or digital keys immediately after payment confirmation.
• User Account: Individual and non-transferable account created on the Platform with email, password, and security verification.
• Advertiser: User purchasing ad placement on the Platform via /anuncie/ or /advertiser/.
• Third-Party Software: Binaries, libraries, or packages created by independent developers or community contributors hosted or reviewed on the Platform.
• System Restore Point: Windows built-in feature that creates a snapshot of system files and registry, allowing reversion to an earlier stable state.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, downloading free files, or purchasing any product on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately cease all use of the website and refrain from executing any distributed script or package.

To make purchases and register accounts, the User declares full legal capacity (18 years of age or older, or legally emancipated). Minors under 18 years of age must obtain prior authorization and assistance from their parents or legal guardians, who will be held legally and financially responsible for all actions taken by the minor on the Platform.

Electronic acceptance via form submission, checkbox ticking ("I have read and accept the Terms of Service"), or completing a payment constitutes an express and binding manifestation of intent under applicable law.

aMathyzin provides Users with a digital infrastructure consisting of five integrated areas:

• (a) Free Downloads Catalog: Public distribution of optimization packs, batch tools (.bat), debloat utilities, and game boosters at no direct cost.
• (b) Paid Optimization Plans: Sale of premium digital optimization packages with instant automated delivery (Starter, Pack Premium, and complementary licenses).
• (c) APT Remote Execution Service (aMathyzin Premium Tweak): Advanced optimization interface and execution engine running via PowerShell (irm | iex) using account-tied single-use URLs.
• (d) Editorial Blog & Guides: Publication of technical articles, setup tutorials, hardware/software news, and reviews of third-party utilities.
• (e) Self-Service Advertiser Portal (/anuncie/): Media buying platform for banner advertising (daily rate or CPM views packages) with real-time analytics and click tracking.

To access purchased products, order history, APT command generator, and the advertiser panel, the User must create an account with a valid email, username, and secure password.

The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of registration information and the strict confidentiality of their login credentials. All activities and transactions conducted under your account are deemed performed by you.

It is strictly prohibited to: (i) share, lend, rent, or resell access credentials; (ii) use third-party accounts; (iii) publicly redistribute private remote run links or activation keys; (iv) create accounts with fraudulent or false data.

aMathyzin reserves the right to suspend, temporarily freeze, or permanently terminate accounts exhibiting signs of fraud, request flooding, unauthorized license sharing, or breach of these Terms, without prejudice to legal remedies.

Prices for all paid plans are displayed in Brazilian Reais (BRL / R$) for Brazilian users and in US Dollars (USD) for international users, clearly itemized on the checkout page.

Accepted payment methods:

Payment confirmation is processed automatically via secure gateway webhooks. Once settlement is confirmed by the banking system, the digital product (ZIP download with password, activation key, or APT generator access) is delivered immediately on the post-payment screen and added to the Purchases tab in the User account.

Because all products are delivered as purely digital software and content, there is no physical media shipping and no shipping fees.

aMathyzin does not store credit card numbers on its servers; all sensitive payment information is processed in a PCI-DSS certified environment directly by Stripe.

• PIX (Brazil): Processed via the Central Bank of Brazil official payment rails with dynamic QR Code and Pix Copy-and-Paste, valid for up to 30 minutes.
• International Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Processed globally with 256-bit SSL encryption directly via the Stripe gateway.

In strict compliance with Article 49 of Brazilian Federal Law No. 8,078/1990 (Consumer Defense Code - CDC) and Federal Decree No. 7,962/2013, consumers are entitled to withdraw from any paid product purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must submit an express request via email to contato@amathyzin.com.br or via our official support channel, specifying the registered email, transaction ID, and purchased item. Refunds are processed for 100% of the purchase value without administrative fees.

Financial refund processing procedure:

Effects of Refund on Digital Products: Upon refund approval, all digital entitlements tied to that purchase are revoked immediately on the Platform. This includes deactivation of activation keys, invalidation of APT PowerShell command generators, and termination of access to updated files.

Commercial Satisfaction Guarantee: Marketing references such as "7-Day Guarantee / 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on sales pages reflect and honor our statutory commitment to unconditional refunds under CDC Art. 49.

— IRREVERSIBLE PRODUCT NATURE AND OBJECTIVE GOOD FAITH —

aMathyzin digital products — including Starter Pack, Premium Pack, and aMathyzin Premium Tweak (APT) — are operating-system optimization software whose application immediately and permanently modifies Windows registry settings, service parameters, scheduler entries, and driver optimizations. By their technical nature, once executed on the User's system, their effects cannot be "returned" to the provider, as the digital good has been fully delivered and consumed upon application.

Distinction of scenarios for exercising the right of withdrawal:

Limitation by Abuse of Right and Objective Good Faith: In accordance with CDC Art. 4 III (good-faith principle in consumer relations) and Civil Code Art. 187 (prohibition of abuse of right), the exercise of the right of withdrawal by a consumer who has previously given express consent to the irrevocable nature of the product, and who has actually applied and used the product on their system, may be contested by aMathyzin before consumer protection authorities and courts on the grounds of abusive exercise of right and unjust enrichment. This limitation does not eliminate the statutory right under CDC Art. 49 — it simply records aMathyzin's position that its exercise under the described conditions may constitute an abuse of right subject to case-by-case judicial assessment.

Irrevocable Use Explicit Consent: Upon completing a purchase on the Platform, the User is presented with an Irrevocable Use Explicit Consent that must be individually and actively accepted before payment is finalized. This consent records the timestamp (UTC) and identifies the User session, constituting evidence that the consumer was informed of and expressly agreed to the irreversible nature of the product, following internationally recognized best practices for immediately executed digital products.

• PIX Payments: Refund is returned directly to the originating bank account within 1 (one) business day after validation.
• Credit Card Payments (Stripe): Refund is initiated immediately via Stripe. Credit reflection on the user card statement follows the issuer policies (typically on the current or next billing cycle).
• Product NOT applied to the system (pack downloaded but not executed): Full refund guaranteed within the 7-day period, no questions asked.
• Product APPLIED to the system (script executed, optimizations applied): aMathyzin will conduct a good-faith analysis. Legitimate withdrawal cases (dissatisfaction, unforeseen technical incompatibility) will be honored. Cases of deliberate use followed by a refund request will be documented and, if necessary, contested under CDC Art. 4 III and Civil Code Art. 187.

This clause is critically important and must be read carefully. By using aMathyzin Premium Tweak (APT), optimization packs, or any script distributed by the Platform, you acknowledge and authorize advanced operating system modifications.

aMathyzin Premium Tweak (APT) operates via a private, single-use URL generated inside your account. This URL is executed in Windows PowerShell as Administrator using the standard pattern: irm URL | iex (Invoke-RestMethod piped to Invoke-Expression). This retrieves the compiled script securely and launches the optimization engine in system memory.

What optimization scripts technically perform on your system:

MANDATORY SYSTEM RESTORE POINT REQUIREMENT: Before running any remote script (APT) or applying registry (.reg) and batch (.bat) modifications, the User IS STRICTLY OBLIGATED to create a WINDOWS SYSTEM RESTORE POINT and back up important personal files. If you do not know how to create one, use the restore point script included in the pack or the native Windows utility (sysdm.cpl).

SECURITY ALERTS AND ANTIVIRUS FALSE POSITIVES: Deep system tweaks make bulk registry edits, disable Microsoft telemetry services, and reconfigure system drivers. Because of these low-level modifications, security software and Windows Defender may trigger heuristic alerts known as "false positives" (e.g., PUA, HackTool, or Suspicious Script). The User understands that these flags occur due to the depth of system changes, and agrees that if they choose to temporarily pause antivirus during installation, THEY ARE STRICTLY OBLIGATED TO RE-ENABLE ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETION.

DISCLAIMER FOR HARDWARE CONFLICTS AND INSTABILITY: aMathyzin thoroughly tests its scripts on clean Windows 10 and 11 installations. However, due to the infinite variations of PC hardware (CPUs, GPUs, chipsets, motherboards), modified Windows versions (custom ISOs), third-party drivers, unstable overclocks, and third-party background software, aMathyzin DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY for system crashes, blue screens (BSOD), data loss, anti-cheat conflicts, or operating system corruption resulting from improper use or hardware incompatibility.

• Windows Registry modifications (HKLM and HKCU) for process priority, timers, and network throughput.
• Disabling unnecessary Microsoft telemetry, diagnostic services, GameDVR, and search indexing.
• Applying high-performance power schemes and disabling USB selective suspend and C-States.
• Automated removal of bloatware and pre-installed Windows apps (UWP debloat).
• Driver latency tweaks (MSI Mode, DPC Latency, and Nagle Algorithm on supported network adapters).
• Game-specific GPU profile configurations (Fortnite, Valorant, CS2, Warzone, Roblox, Minecraft).

All metrics, percentages, and performance benchmarks displayed on sales pages, promotional banners, YouTube videos, or marketing copy (such as "+60 FPS on Valorant", "3x faster boot", "-30% RAM usage", "-15ms input lag") REPRESENT ESTIMATES AND BENCHMARKS ACHIEVED IN INTERNAL LABORATORY TESTS under specific test configurations and clean systems.

Such metrics are presented for illustrative purposes regarding optimization potential and DO NOT CONSTITUTE A CONTRACTUAL PROMISE OR GUARANTEED SPECIFIC RESULT for any user individual machine.

Actual performance improvements and frame rate gains (FPS) vary substantially depending on numerous external variables beyond the Platform control, including:

Consequently, achieving gains different from marketing test estimates does not constitute a product defect or contractual breach by aMathyzin, without prejudice to the statutory 7-day unconditional refund right established in Clause 7.

• Hardware specifications and physical limits of CPU, GPU, RAM speed, and SSD read/write bandwidth.
• Thermal throttling and cooling solution capabilities.
• Installed GPU driver versions, integrity, and Windows update patch levels.
• Inherent game engine bottlenecks and developer server-side performance.
• Concurrent background software, overlays, and third-party utilities active during gameplay.

aMathyzin operates both as a developer of proprietary software and as a distributor of tools created by community contributors (such as Haunted Optimizer by Miguelin, aMathyBoost by Memphis/Filipe-kosher, and others) as well as open-source third-party utilities (such as memreduct, MSI Mode Tool, nvidiaProfileInspector, WPD, Ultimate Windows Tweaker, and NSudo).

Allocation of Responsibility:

Meaning of "Verified", "100% Secure" and "No Malware" Badges: These badges indicate that at the time of upload to our storage, files were scanned against known malware databases and exhibited no malicious payloads (trojans, ransomwares, or miners). They do not represent an absolute guarantee against external mirror modifications or third-party upstream updates.

Users agree to perform independent antivirus and VirusTotal scans prior to running any third-party executable.

• Proprietary aMathyzin Tools (Minimal Optimizer, RoBooster 2, Terminal Optimizer, APT): Authored and directly maintained by our technical team.
• Community & Third-Party Packages: Developed independently by their respective creators. aMathyzin merely provides hosting and catalog distribution, disclaiming liability for third-party bugs or source code updates.

The aMathyzin Blog publishes technical guides, hardware news, and software reviews (such as Microsoft PC Manager, EaseUS VoiceWave, Chris Titus WinUtil, hellzerg Optimizer, and others), authored by various team members and guest contributors.

Opinions expressed in bylined articles belong to their individual authors and do not necessarily represent the official stance of aMathyzin.

THIRD-PARTY REVIEWS DISCLAIMER: aMathyzin does not control, own, or operate third-party applications reviewed on the blog. Guides and reviews are purely informative; pricing changes, feature deprecations, or issues with third-party software remain the sole responsibility of their respective developers.

CONAR AND CDC COMPLIANCE (ADVERTISING TRANSPARENCY): In strict compliance with the Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Code (CONAR) and CDC Article 36, all sponsored articles, commercial partnerships, or affiliate monetized links will be conspicuously disclosed with tags such as "Sponsored", "Sponsored Content", or "#ad".

The Platform provides a self-service media buying system (/anuncie/ and /advertiser/) enabling third parties ("Advertisers") to purchase banner ad placements across key pages (Home, Downloads, Blog) based on daily duration (BRL/day) or impression packages (CPM).

Submission and Prior Moderation: All campaigns are placed in an approval queue before going live. aMathyzin inspects creative assets (WebM, PNG, GIF, JPG, SVG, MP4) and verifies destination URL safety.

CONTENT GUIDELINES AND STRICT PROHIBITIONS: It is strictly forbidden to submit ads that contain or link to:

TAKEDOWN AUTHORITY AND FORFEITURE WITHOUT REFUND: aMathyzin reserves the right to reject, pause, or immediately remove any approved campaign that alters its destination URL or violates these Terms, resulting in ad credit forfeiture and account ban without compensation.

CPM CREDIT AND COMPENSATION POLICY: If a CPM campaign fails to deliver contracted impressions due to verified platform technical failure, the Advertiser will receive campaign extension until completion or equivalent balance credits.

THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENT DISCLAIMER: aMathyzin does not manufacture, endorse, or warrant products, services, or digital stores promoted by Advertisers. Transactions entered with Advertisers occur strictly between the User and the respective third-party Advertiser.

• Piracy, destructive hacks, malware, phishing, or credential harvesting schemes.
• Pornography, adult content, exploitation of minors, or graphic violence.
• Unregulated online gambling, illegal casinos, or unauthorized betting portals under Brazilian law.
• Financial scams, Ponzi schemes, get-rich-quick deceptions, or fraudulent crypto assets.
• Deceptive, defamatory, hate speech, racist, or trademark-infringing advertisements.
• Direct competitor advertising containing misleading claims against the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including without limitation the name aMathyzin, logos, brand assets, UI layouts, codebase, automation scripts, documentation, copy, and panel architecture — is the exclusive property of aMathyzin or its licensors, protected under Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998) and Industrial Property Law (Law No. 9,279/1996).

Upon purchasing a paid product or downloading a free package, the User is granted a PERSONAL, LIMITED, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-SUBLICENSABLE, AND REVOCABLE license to apply optimizations to their personal computers.

USERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM:

Any infringement of intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and license revocation without refund, alongside full civil and criminal prosecution.

• Reselling, renting, sublicensing, redistributing, or commercializing paid packs, scripts, or private run links.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting proprietary source code from API endpoints or remote scripts.
• Removing copyright notices, contributor credits, or brand markers from files and headers.
• Mirroring Platform downloads on external servers or websites without prior written permission.

The User agrees to utilize the aMathyzin Platform strictly for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws and contractual good faith.

Strictly prohibited conduct across the Platform:

• Employing bots, spiders, scrapers, or unauthorized automation to scrape content, bulk-download files, or bypass checkout gates.
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, SQL injections (SQLi), XSS exploits, or probing security vulnerabilities.
• Bypassing authentication safeguards, Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHAs, firewalls, or API rate limiters.
• Injecting malware, spyware, trojans, or malicious payloads through forms, profile inputs, or ad campaigns.
• Spoofing headers, forging IPs for fraudulent transactions, or initiating bad-faith chargebacks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMATHYZIN, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA LOSS, FILE CORRUPTION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPAIR COSTS, OR HARDWARE FAILURE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

FINANCIAL LIABILITY CAP: Subject to non-waivable provisions of consumer protection law, in any case of established liability, the aggregate total financial liability of aMathyzin to the User shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by that User to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

MANDATORY CONSUMER CODE PROVISIONS: Nothing herein is intended to unlawfully diminish non-waivable rights under Brazilian Consumer Code Law 8,078/1990; liability exclusions apply in cases of sole consumer fault or third-party acts (CDC Art. 14, § 3, II).

The User explicitly acknowledges that operating system tweaks involving Windows Registry, low-level services, task scheduler, and drivers carry inherent risks of conflict with third-party software and specific hardware environments.

The decision to download, execute scripts as Administrator, and apply any tweak available on the aMathyzin website is made FREELY, VOLUNTARILY, AND CONSCIOUSLY BY THE USER.

The User fully assumes the risk of all modifications applied to their computer, committing to maintain current data backups and utilize system restoration tools recommended by the Platform.

The User and Advertiser agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless aMathyzin, its directors, developers, team members, and partners from and against any claims, lawsuits, regulatory proceedings, damages, liabilities, fines, and reasonable attorney fees arising out of:

• (a) Breach of these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy;
• (b) Violation of any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or privacy rights;
• (c) Unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity on the Platform or via ad campaigns submitted to the advertiser portal;
• (d) Improper, unauthorized, or malicious deployment of remote scripts, credentials, or execution URLs.

Personal data processing on the aMathyzin Platform is conducted in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).

Legal bases for processing registration and checkout data include Contract Execution (LGPD Art. 7, V) for product delivery and authentication, and Legal Obligation Compliance (LGPD Art. 7, II) for mandatory 6-month connection log retention pursuant to Article 15 of the Internet Civil Rights Framework.

aMathyzin reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect product enhancements, technological evolution, or statutory adjustments in Brazilian law.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. All amendments become effective immediately upon publication.

The Platform maintains an accessible Version History (Changelog) within the user interface, allowing Users to review summaries of contractual updates transparently.

Continued use of the website and services following the posting of amendments constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

This agreement remains in effect indefinitely for as long as the User maintains an active account or utilizes Platform services.

aMathyzin may terminate this agreement and suspend or close the User account immediately without prior notice upon detecting:

Termination does not relieve the User of outstanding financial obligations nor affect the validity of clauses designed to survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Governing Law.

• (a) Material breach of any provision of these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy;
• (b) Payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, or identity misrepresentation;
• (c) Cyberattack attempts, reverse engineering, or unauthorized license redistribution;
• (d) Valid orders issued by judicial, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities.

These Terms of Service and all associated legal relationships are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, Consumer Defense Code, Internet Framework, and LGPD.

The courts of the provider domicile in Brazil are hereby designated as the exclusive forum to resolve any dispute or controversy arising out of this agreement, waiving any other jurisdiction however privileged.

BRAZILIAN CONSUMER EXCEPTION: For disputes governed by consumer protection legislation (Law No. 8,078/1990), the statutory right of the consumer to file suit in their home jurisdiction (CDC Art. 101, I) is fully preserved.

INTERNATIONAL USERS: Users accessing the Platform outside Brazil acknowledge contracting with a Brazilian-based platform and agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts under Brazilian law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and order confirmation details, constitute the entire agreement between the User and aMathyzin, superseding all prior communications, proposals, or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not impair the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force.

Non-Waiver: Failure or delay by aMathyzin in enforcing strict performance of any provision shall not be construed as a waiver, novation, or future forfeiture of rights.

Assignment: The User may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written approval. aMathyzin may assign its rights and obligations in the event of corporate restructuring, merger, or acquisition.
